I am a PhD student that joined the Advanced Wound Healing Lab in the Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering in 2023. I am currently supported by the Chemistry of Life T32 Training Program within the Comparative Medicine Institute at NC State and pursuing a graduate minor in biotechnology.
Prior to joining the lab, I graduated with my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering from the Ohio State University with Honor’s Research Distinction in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. I have previously interned as an ORISE Fellow at the Division of Complex Drug Analysis at the FDA, a bioprocessing intern at Sarepta Therapeutics, and R&D intern at Avation Medical. Outside of lab, I enjoy fitness and wellness activities such as weight training, rock climbing, and snowboarding.
