Hello! I am a PhD student in the Joint BME Department of NC State University and UNC- Chapel Hill, conducting research in Dr. Ashley Brown’s Wound Healing Lab. I graduated from the Ohio State University in 2023 with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and started my research here shortly after. My initial project will be focused on utilizing particles produced within the lab to enhance localized stem cell delivery for improved angiogenesis.
In my free time I like to stay active by going to the gym and training jiu jitsu (T-10 years until I have a black belt). I also enjoy watching my favorite sports teams, more specifically the Dolphins, NY Rangers, and NY Yankees.
